Multi-band vivaldi antenna for wireless communication: Design, analysis and modelling of vivaldi antenna

In this paper, the authors has presented a design of Antipodal Vivaldi Antenna for the scopes of UWB applications. The proposed antenna has been designed to explicit operational frequencies from 2.5 GHz to 30 GHz where the sub-bands covers from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz for the case of UWB and beyond 10.6 GHz for the case of Super UWB. Throughout this entire region, the proposed antenna provides S11 <; -10 dB. FR-4 Substrate is used. The proposed antenna not only provides extensive coverage of applications, it also provides exemplatory Bandwidth & Gain which is an essence for UWB communication systems. In the later part, Comparative Analysis has been carried out, showing that the designed antenna is much better than existing ones or already present. As a virtue, it can work for Wireless Communication Domain.
