Medium frequency induction furnace temperature control based on BP neural network PID

摘要

In view of Medium frequency induction furnace existing the poor control accuracy and the low degree of automation control, this paper adopted the PID control based on BP neural network to research the temperature control of medium frequency induction electric furnace. By means of modeling and simulation in MATLAB, the results show that this new PID controller had better control effect and effectively avoid the overshoot problem. Compared to the conventional PID control, this control algorithm can make overshoot decrease from 22.2% to 5.6% and achieve satisfactory control results.
