With the rapid development of large-scale wind power in our country, it has some negative effects on the safe operation of regional grid, especially when the low-peak load regulation capacity is insufficient, which can cause serious wind abandonment phenomenon and affects wind power's scale. There is a way to get the regional grid power integration capacity on an operating section considering limits of grid peak-load regulation capacity. Then the wind turbines are able to be added to the regional grid dispatch and source schedule in one day. By researching one traditional optimization model of regional grid dispatch and control strategy, this paper provides a new multi time-scale operation control method considering grid winder power integration capacity and economized the abandoned wind power. This paper also proved the new strategy is effective by an example which showed the new dispatch and control strategy could improve the access capacity of wind power and reduce the operating costs.
