Probing of partial polarization and electromagnetic coherence of light fields

摘要

We consider theoretically the nanoparticle probing of partial polarization and electromagnetic coherence of optical beam fields and near fields. In addition, the polarization probing of beam fields is demonstrated experimentally with a proof-of-principle measurement.
