By measuring time-resolved photovoltage and photocurrents (TPV and TPC, respectively), the effect of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT) on the performance of organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices can be specifically mapped to changes of the extraction and the recombination rates. This information can be used to optimize active layer morphologies.
