Method of Information Modeling of the Phytosanitary Control Risk Management System at Checkpoints Across the Customs Border of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The paper considers the task of reengineering the process of organizing customs control of foreign trade goods and the development of the customs information system “Single Window” of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The problems of integrating this system with the Customs Risk Management System are analyzed. The concept of information modeling of the requirements of customs legislation and a description of the information model of a single document on goods based on an invoice or shipping document of foreign trade are proposed. The results of studies that allow automating the process of determining the presence of risks for phytosanitary control at the border are presented.
