Developing a strategical smart grid game and creating smart grid awareness through games

摘要

Smart grid is a way ahead system that provides reliable electricity supply efficiently. It provides a platform to integrate new technologies. The route to a successful development and implementation of smart grid must not be simply having the right technology but also the acceptance and support of the social, hence it is important to raise smart grid awareness across to every individual to achieve better environment for the future. This paper presents how smart grid game can be developed from the fundamentals and characters of smart grid and used to create awareness of smart grid among the public. In this research, a game has been designed based on smart grid concept and developed. Then the game has been tested on a group of people and observed how it creates awareness among the customers.
