Aging study of white high power LED under thermal and electrical stresses — New experimental setup prototype, photometric and electrical characterizations

A new prototype of LED aging bench with thermal and electrical stress is highlighted. First photometrical and electrical results are presented. Current-voltage, capacitance-voltage, luminance-current and optical spectrum are investigated.
