When modelling complex electromagnetic structures using black box modelling tools, it is often required to perform a passivity enforcement step in order to ensure that the final time-domain simulation is stable. This typically requires a large CPU cost due to the large size of the matrices involved. In this paper we build on recent results in order to use a half sized matrix in the passivity enforcement process resulting in a reduced CPU cost.
