Harmonic Analysis of the Electrical System of an Industry of Aluminum at the Connection Point with the Brazilian National Interconnected System

摘要

This paper consists on the modeling of the electrical system of an aluminum industry (ALBRAS) using the software HarmZs, developed by CEPEL (Centre of Electrical Research). The purpose of this model is to make possible the realization of performance analyses for the industry and its behavior in the Brazilian National Interconnected System (SIN) regarding to voltage distortion and harmonic resonance, considering both the normal and under contingencies operation of the system.
