The main objective of this study is to produce one component plastic coating with high adhesion level. The main problem of existing plastic coating systems is low level of adhesion, flexibility, durability, drying time of plastic coating. In order to improve the adhesion level it was used Acrylic non crosslinking resin that is modified with one component Polyurethane resin and Polysiloxane additive to improve leveling and to increase substrate wetting, scratch and abrasion resistance on film coating. It was found that Chlorinated polyolefin (CPO) as an adhesion promoter had affected on the high level of adhesion on plastic surfaces. Cross cut, bending, hardness, wash ability and UV tests confirm the result of the work. The cross-cut test results show that the adhesion is reached to the maximum level (ASTM standard - D3359). In this new system, there is no need to use the primer or need to make a profile on a plastic surface. In this research, it was achieved the excellent result which could fulfill the satisfaction level of plastic industry to protective plastic surfaces This coating formulated in order to reduce the cost of coating, energy consumption, labor work, coating layer, coating quantity and could be used for plastic components such as ABS, PET, PP, PS, PC, HIPS.
