Entergy Crew Performance Evaluations

摘要

Entergy corporate training in a combined effort with Entergy corporate operations has implemented a unique self-assessment process called the Entergy Crew Performance Evaluation (ECPE) that identifies performance improvement opportunities relative to the IER Ll-11-3 Operator Fundamentals. Additionally, this process aids in the preparation for the INPO conducted crew performance evaluations at each Entergy nuclear site.
