Linear array SAR can realize accurate 3D imaging and has many civilian and military uses. High imaging resolution is its most important parameter, but is limited by the realistic conditions such as the length of the fuselage and wings. In this work, a fast 2D-ESPRIT super-resolution imaging algorithm is proposed which can synchronously achieve super-resolutions in cross-track and along-track directions. Then, a modified matching method based on region growing algorithm is utilized, which obviously decreases calculating time. Simulation results show its validity.
