In order to objectively reflect the geological characteristics of the block,compare the development effect of water flooding more quickly,effectively tap the remaining oil potential of the reservoir,achieve classified research,evaluation and management,and implement countermeasures precisely,the benchmarking evaluation method for oilfield is studied and established.That is to say,according to the difference of sedimentation type,effective thickness and permeability of perforated small layers at all wells,the geological classification of each small block in the oilfield is carried out.On this basis,key development indicators are chosen,for example,the degree of reserve recovery and water cut to directly reflect the stage development effect and,the decline rate of two-year old wells and the increase rate of water cut to directly reflect the current development effect.The evaluation method of development effect of water flooding oilfield is established.Based on the statistical results of field data of each block,the classification boundaries of development effect under the same geological classification are determined.The"benchmark"block is determined.Other blocks are benchmarking analyzed,targeted development adjustment and management measures are adopted,in this way,the development effect is gradually promoted and aligned towards benchmark block.One of oil production plant in Daqing carried out block benchmarking evaluation and adjustment,the development effect and benefit are obviously improved.This method is based on the field practice of oilfield development,simple and practical,clear and intuitive.It can be applied to geological classification of multi-layer sandstone oilfield and evaluation of water flooding development effect.It provides a new technical means for primary-level technicians to carry out reservoir analysis and management.
