摘要

In this paper, a white light source based laser diode (LD) was obtained via phosphors emitting in yellow/green region exited by 450nm laser diode. A method of coupling of semiconductor laser with fiber was applied in the diode laser beam shaping system in our model. The effect of different shapes phosphor layer on the color uniformity character of white light were studied. Finally, a model of LD-Based white light source with diameter of 6mm was designed. The central color temperature and luminous efficiency were presented to be 6575K and 100lm/W, respectively.
