This paper presents the latest discovery on problems at distribution and transmission system when mass Photo-Voltaic (PV) generations were introduced into distributed system with three different cases applied. Implementation of Genetic Algorithm (GA) in Voltage and Reactive Power Control (VQC) is proposed to overcome the voltage instability and to maintain the reliability of the power system, stability of voltage in the power system and reduce the system loss. The research is demonstrated by implementing Modified IEEE 14 buses Power Model System.
