摘要

This paper introduces the new technologies impetus that has accelerated not only the access to information within the tertiary education framework, but has also facilitated the sharing of knowledge and experience, forming “ad-hoc” networks. Rapid technological innovations in the field of mobile devices highlight the need for proper device integration within IT learning environments so that the pedagogical/educational perspective reshapes the “Learning Industry”, which is battered by high deficits, in a manner that leaves intact the educational scheme. In this paper, a systematic methodical approach is introduced based on the operationalization of the Knowledge Management Society, as this is incorporated in tertiary education.
