Simplified Impact Model of Critical Infrastructure Safety Related to Climate-Weather Change Process

The paper is devoted to the critical infrastructure safety impacted by climate-weather change. A simplified safety model of the critical infrastructure influenced by the climate-weather change process at its operating area is proposed. This model is linking critical infrastructure multistate safety model and the model of the climate-weather change process at its operating area. The conditional safety functions at the climate-weather particular states and the unconditional safety function of the critical infrastructure at changing in time climate-weather conditions, the mean value and the variance of the critical infrastructure unconditional lifetime and other safety indicators are defined.
