Metamaterial Surfaces for Integrated Multiband Horn Applications

Novel (Integrated Multiband Horn) IMH antenna designs using artificial metamaterial surfaces (FSS, EBG) are presented. A 'horn within a horn' concept is introduced whereby miniaturised metamaterial surfaces (of double ring elements) are embedded in the IMH.
