INFORMATION SYSTEM FRAMEWORK OF RAILWAY TRANSPORTATION CAPACITY COORDINATION

摘要

Railway transport capacity, known as the supplying capacity of railway transportation, is provided by railway transportation in the certain methods of transportation organization and management. It is produced by both fixed equipment and mobile equipment. Research on capacity coordination between each subsystem of railway transportation is a prerequisite for excavating potential transport capacity and directing railway transportation production. This paper constructs railway transportation capacity system, and analyses the acting mechanism of factors influencing the capacity coordination of railway transportation. Then it discusses about the method for coordinating capacity between each subsystem of railway transportation. Finally it gives out the information system framework of capacity coordination among railway transportation.
