摘要

The purpose of the present invention is to enable increase of the number of services according to an occurred event in consideration of capacity of a traffic route. A transportation capacity adjustment device (130) extracts, when a trouble section occurs in one route, an alternative route connecting a first transfer station included in a section from one terminal station to a starting station of the trouble section in the one route with a second transfer station included in a section from the other terminal station to an ending station of the trouble section by another route different from the one route. A section connecting a first reversing station included in the section from one terminal station in another route to the first transfer station with a second reversing station included in a section from the other terminal station to the second transfer station is specified as a service-increasable minimum section, and upper limit of the number of services that can be increased in the service-increasable minimum section is calculated. Then, on the basis of the upper limit of the service-increasable minimum section and movement demand in the trouble section, target number of services to be increased in the service-increasable minimum section is determined.
