Considering one dual-channel logistics service supply chain (DCLSSC) consisting of two vendors and one integrator. Vendors introduced one e-commerce channel to provide logistics service as well as providing service through one integrator. Assuming that the demand is dependent on the service price and service level, this paper sets up the decentralized and centralized decision models of price and service of DCLSSC, together with the logistics service subsidy contract coordinating this supply chain. Final example demonstrates the reasonability of the proposed models and feasibility of the coordinative contracts.
