Epq Model Based On Machine Recession

摘要

Based on considering the phenomenon of resulting defective products because of the machine and the equipment recession in the process of the production, this paper discussed proper interruption of production, maintenance of machines and defective when closing down the machine, and found out the way of improving the product quality, accordingly obtained the lowest total cost. At last, this paper composed the numerical example and sensitivity analysis.
