This chapter presented a novel nonlinearity measurement method for FMCW SAR data acquired by dechirp-on-receive system. Based on the time-shift characteristic of the Fourier transform, the frequency nonlinearities were obtained easily from the reference response. The multi-point targets simulation results confirm the superiority of the approach in terms of resolution, PSLR, ISLR, and the final focused image.
