Propagation of TE waves in a plane dielectric waveguide with nonlinear permittivity

摘要

The paper focuses on propagation of electromagnetic TE waves along a plane homogeneous dielectric layer with nonlinear permittivity. The dispersion equation for the propagation constants of the guided waves is found, numerical results are presented, and comparison with the linear case is given.
