Modelling the potential geographic distribution of cassava green mite in Jiangxi province using GIS tools

摘要

The cassava green mite (CGM) is becoming more and more serious with increasing areas of planting cassava in Jiangxi province. It is urgent to analyze the potential geography distribution of CGM in Jiangxi. The Suitability of CGM in Jiangxi was studied in this paper using Maxent and ArcGIS, based on the biological data, known distribution of CGM, and meteorological data from 1950–2000 years in WorldClim. The results showed that there were 4 levels of suitability assessment of CGM in Jiangxi, whose southern areas were in the most suitability. The potential geographic distribution of CGM in Jiangxi defined in this paper constructed the theory basis and technical support for scientifically forming of quarantine policy and measure for CGM in China.
机译:随着江西省木薯种植面积的增加,木薯绿螨(CGM)变得越来越严重。目前迫切需要分析江西省CGM的潜在地理分布。本文基于MaxCent和ArcGIS的生物学数据,已知的CGM分布以及1950-2000年WorldClim的气象数据,对江西CGM的适宜性进行了研究。结果表明,江西省CGM适宜性评价有4个等级,其中南部地区最为适宜。本文定义了江西省CGM的潜在地理分布,为科学地制定中国CGM检疫政策和措施奠定了理论基础和技术支持。
