Plasma wave observation is very important in the study of space plasma physics because space plasma is collisionless. Plasma wave instruments require large-scale analog circuits. Therefore, the miniaturization of analog circuits leads directly to the realization of tiny plasma wave receivers. We developed an ASIC for the analog components of the waveform receiver. The developed ASIC has six waveform receiver channels and consists of band-limiting filters, differential amplifiers, and anti-aliasing filters. The anti-aliasing filters are realized using switched capacitor filters. Other filters are Gm-C filters with temperature compensation circuits. We confirmed the feasibility of each component circuit using the prototype ASIC.
