Study on the Income Distribution Problem of Collective Construction Land Transference under the Background of New-Tape Urbanization

摘要

The paper mainly describes income distribution and implementation mechanism problems about rural collective land transference. The article contains three parts, firstly, it tells the research about rural collective construction land transference in home and abroad. Secondly, the paper discusses two main sources of land income and problems about income distribution, implementation and evaluation. Thirdly, the paper discusses the subject of income distribution, allocation proportion and implementation mechanism of income distribution. As a project supported by national science and technology program of China, the results of the study is hoped to provide insights to policy-makers involved in rural collective construction land transference.
