Research on Influence Mechanism and Effect to the Driving Factors of House Price Rising from the Perspective of Supply

摘要

House price is continually going up so fast, the macroeconomic regulation and control policies of real estate are focus on the speculation demand and get little success. This paper analyzes the influence mechanism to the house price in the perspective of supply from the new housing supply, currency supply, foreign exchange reserve, real estate investment, loan rate and establishes the multiple regression analysis models to study the effect of supply factors and provides the basis to the housing market regulation policy.
