摘要

In this study, a probabilistic computational analysis of TAV was conducted to evaluate the influence of leaflet geometry on the valve stress distribution. We found the fourth and second order coefficients of leaflet attachment edge had greater impact on the valve peak stress. The simulation result also revealed an optimized TAV model with a peak stress of 839.66 kPa. It is hoped that the developed probabilistic computational approach can be used as a valuable tool for design of next generation TAV devices.
