摘要

This study demonstrated the effects of extrinsic muscle integrity on the preoperative functions of shoulders. The role of the extrinsic muscle integrity in shoulder function was fully quantified. PM and Delt were important for nearly all functions except adduction and extension. Deficits in Tmin and TM caused a significant decrease in external and internal rotation moments, respectively. LD was responsible for adduction, extension and internal rotation.
