摘要

The realization of solid-state Raman longitudinally diode pumped lasers, generating first and second Stokes com-ponents has been researched. The crystals of Gd3Ga5O12:Nd3+, Y3Al5O12:Nd3+ and KGd(WO4)2:Nd3+ have been applied as an active elements. Giant pulse mode was obtained with the use of the passive Q-switch shutters based on Y3Al5O12:V3+ and Y3Al5O12:Cr4+ crystals. The first and second Stokes component conversion was performed using intracavity Raman conversion scheme with crystals KGd(WO4)2 and KY(WO4)2 Raman conversion elements. The possibility of an effective solid-state Raman conversion laser with end diode pumping emitting at the wavelength of 1.3152 microns has been demonstrated.
