Freezing Bacterial Communities Affecting Paper Industry

摘要

1. Microbial identity allow to identify the species affecting the paper industry. 2. The freezing treatment reduced the bacterial diversity. 3. For future work, the sample with the bacterial communities with the desired characteristic (like biofilm or endospore formation) for biocide test that survived the freezing treatment will be used. 4. This work showed the possibility of freezing and reviving a microbial community affecting paper industry. 5. The growth conditions selected for the type of bacteria detected.
