This paper focuses on the problem of robust fault-tolerant control for nonlinear systems with uncertainties and time-delays based on T-S models. On the basis of Lyapunov theory, it is found that a controller based on a kind of memory feed-back control law can keep the nonlinear uncertainties system's integrity against the actuator failures. The controller is obtained by using the LMI toolbox in MATLAB. With the relation between the introduction of free weighting matrix to express the system variables and Leibniz-Newton variables in the formula, we not only avoid the reprocessing of Lyapunov functional stability difficulties and blindness, but also obtain the less conservative results. Simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
