摘要

The flue gas temperature at furnace outlet is difficult to measure. In this paper, a soft-sensing model is constructed using the thermodynamic calculation formula of power plant station. However, due to the lack of actual measured signal, the soft-sensing result cannot be verified directly. In this study, indirect verification is used to validate the soft-sensing signal, which can well reflect the changes of boiler outlet flue gas temperature. As a result, a new control strategy of superheated steam temperature is designed. Simulations show that the proposed strategy can effectively overcome the disturbance of flue gas, and improve the control quality and the response speed.
