The uncertainties of the bLS model accuracy were evaluated using randomly generated input variables for the model (wind speed, PICs, and heights of sensors) within manufactures' specification. The coefficients of variance of the MC simulation output distributions (7-11%) were smaller than typically that found in field validation studies (37%), ssuggesting that factors other than sensor uncertainties contributed to the overall uncertainties of the bLS technique in field settings. Vertical wind velocity and downwind path integrated concentraion were most sensitive to the change in emission rates.
