Cooperation between European Union and Russian Universities in Nuclear Education and Training

摘要

Actually the main providers of education and training are concentrated in countries with a rich experience in nuclear energy but with low perspectives of new nuclear units, while the newcomers have limited E&T infrastructure and capabilities. Therefore the cooperation in E&T at international level has to play a major role. This could be reached by regional and international cooperation and exchange facilitated not only by the providers from industry, but also by national and international bodies.
