The present paper shows the design and development of the external pacemaker circuit, for use in diagnose or research of diseases than affect the heart. In this case they used lineal circuit, existent in the Mexican National Market. We design and used a simple prototype for generation pulse for heart stimulation by employing the oscillators with the circuit LM555. Previous results obtained in HGR1 "Carlos Macgregor" hospital displayed good operation in the electrical impulses from the heart muscle cause your heart to beat (Contract).
