On Establishment of Independent Personality of College Freshmen

摘要

This paper focuses on the difficulties in face of the freshmen on personality independence. It pays attention to the psychological gap occurred when students came from high schools to colleges, the undisciplined behaviors due to inaccurate future orientation and the absence of independence resulted from characteristic personality of the only child in the family. It aims to know the mental situation and behavior methods of contemporary college students better. On this basis, let the teachers find appropriate and efficient spiritual encouragement methods and accurate and forceful education perspective in the ideological work of the students.
