Contour feature location algorithm (CFLA) was proposed for solving optimal layout problems, which mainly improved the local optimal capabilities by its own structure characteristics. Using dynamic programming thoughts based on "optimization theories" constructed mathematical model, and illustrated the algorithm's structure in detail. This paper used the global convergence of immune-backtracking genetic algorithm to optimizing the algorithm's parameters further, which greatly improved the global optimal capabilities of CFLA. Many optimal results are put out by the nesting system written under the platform of Visual C++6.0, and prove the algorithm's efficiency for difform parts' nesting problem.
