Adaptive thermal camouflage based on phase-changing material GST

摘要

An adaptive thermal camouflage device incorporating phase-changing material Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) is experimentally demonstrated. Near-perfect thermal camouflage can be achieved continuously for the background temperature ranging from 30 °C to 50 °C.
