Tuning Exchange Interaction in Colloidal Nanocrystals

We tune the exchange interaction in nanocrystals by manipulating the electron-hole wavefunction overlap under external electric fields and simultaneously probe the electronic structure and rich transient dynamics under strong magnetic fields (8T).
