Integrated control of silicon-photonic micro-resonator wavelength with balanced homodyne locking

摘要

We present a new method for active control of photonic micro-resonator modulator and filter wavelength that is insensitive to environmental and optical perturbations and readily integrated on-chip. Experimental results demonstrating precise filter locking are shown.
