An all-diode ultralow noise 10 GHz frequency comb and MOPA system with 0.39 W output power based on Slab-Coupled Optical Waveguide Amplifiers

A 0.39 W, 10 GHz MOPA system based on Slab-Coupled Optical Waveguide Amplifiers (SCOWAs) is presented. The output pulse-train timing jitter (∼6 fs), amplitude noise (∼0.03%) and spectral bandwidth exhibit no visible degradation.
