Study of coastal monitoring indicators from Pleiades-like data: Detection of boats mooring areas and coastline monitoring

摘要

In this paper, we propose an operational framework for boat mooring areas detection and coastline artificial development monitoring. It consists of a three steps method with efficient user supervision by combining pixel based segmentation and object-based image analysis and achieves very promising results.
