摘要

In order to improve the controllable of high voltage circuit breaker and enhance the reliability of motor operating mechanism control system, the segment adjustment permanent magnet motor operating mechanism is studied to realize the different speed requirements in the opening and closing motion process for high voltage circuit breaker. The segment voltage starting motor and variable air-gap structure motor are presented from the operating voltage and air-gap length combined with the variable range in the opening and closing operation. The angle features of motor are gained by analyzed the operating voltage and air-gap length, and the calculation result is validated by the measured data. Based on the established finite element model, the angle characteristics of motor are given out in different schemes and it provide the basis for high voltage circuit breaker to using motor operating mechanism.
