Cutter suction dredger is one type of suction dredgers for dredger filling project. The power of the construction equipment in the cutter suction dredger accounts for about 65%-85% of the load of the entire ship's power system. Due to the uneven soil quality, the dredging conditions during dredging and the optimal power distribution algorithm will frequently adjust the set speed of the inverter motor, which will cause the power of the ship's power grid to fluctuate greatly and affect the stability of the ship's power grid. The article proposes a power distribution strategy based on a sliding-mode observer, which is used to track real-time feedback of the ship's power system, and redistribute power to near the standard value according to the grid frequency acceleration, thus well reducing the frequency and voltage fluctuations of the cutter suction ship grid.
