This work presents an estimation scheme based on a kind of distributed parameter system (DPS) with time-varying delay via moving agent networks. Initially, by utilizing the evolutionary equation theory and the operator semigroup method, this delayed DPS described by partial differential equation (PDE) is derived for evolution equations. Then, a centralized state estimator has been constructed with the purpose of approximating the ordinal system state under limited sensors measurement, and the estimation error system is constructed simultaneously. Furthermore, the control forces of mobile agents are devised by choosing an appropriate Lyapunov functional candidate, which make the estimation error system stabilize globally and asymptotically. Finally, numerical experiment simulation tests in Matlab are employed to account for the usefulness of the state estimation policy.
