According to the characteristics of tunnel construction and the structural form of traditional lining formwork trolley, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional lining formwork trolley structure, and designs a portal lining formwork trolley at both ends. The arched formwork structure is used as the bearing concrete The core component of pouring pressure, innovatively adopts the new frame structure form of "two-end portal + middle truss", which optimizes the structure of the trolley, reduces the manufacturing cost, improves the construction efficiency and quality of the lining construction, and reduces the space occupied by the trolley, which expands the working space, improves ventilation and worker working environment. And through the Midas software, the displacement analysis and check calculation of the key parts of the lining formwork trolley frame, formwork and screw are carried out. The results show that the structure design of the new lining trolley is reasonable. Compared with the traditional lining template trolley, the structural strength and bearing capacity are improved. Under the most unfavorable load, the displacement of key components of the trolley meets the construction requirements. It provides a reference for the optimization and upgrading of the traditional lining formwork trolley.
