As one of the most important equipments in the production of BTR radial high grade tires, the cap plywinding equipment mainly has the following problems: low winding control accuracy, large tension fluctuation during the winding process, inconsistent gap and so on.Based on the MCCP CAM trajectory algorithm, a set of zero-dgree cap ply winding equipment is developed for s-type winding, which can be used for tension control and detection during the winding process.
